Stargate SG-1: Glad to be proven wrong 27 September, 2010

As I make my way through season 6 of Stargate: SG-1, I’m glad that the show has addressed my key gripe. Some spoilers in the paragraph below…

So now that Earth has fielded not only a space fighter with a hyperdrive (… admittedly, a hyperdrive which didn’t quite work) but also a large, jump-capable starship, my complaint about the writers pushing the reset button to prevent the humans from teching up no longer holds. I’m glad to be proven wrong!

I, of course, immediately thought of the X-302 and the X-303 as the “Firestorm” and the “Avenger“, respectively.
